Maid arrested for allegedly stealing Rs 25 lakh jewellery in Bengaluru

Madiwala police arrested a domestic help, Parameshwari, 33, for allegedly stealing 170 grams of gold jewellery worth Rs 25 lakh from her employer’s house. The accused, who was living in BTM Layout, allegedly sold the stolen jewellery to a shop in Maruthi Nagar. Police stated that the family noticed the missing jewellery and approached the police, leading to the arrest and recovery of the gold jewellery.
