Waste Collection Vehicles to Arrive at Homes in Evenings for Easier Disposal

A pilot project has been launched in five wards of the Bengaluru South City Corporation to collect wet and dry waste from 5 PM until midnight. This initiative aims to address the long-standing demand from IT professionals and students for waste collection during the evening hours. The project will determine if this extended time slot can solve the issue of collecting garbage twice a day across the entire city.
