Vishwakarma Jayanti Utsava celebrations held in Indianagar

As part of the Vishwakarma Jayanti Utsava, the Akhila Karnataka Vishwakarma Mahasabha organized a procession in Indianagar. The procession featured Basavappa Mantreswami Basavappa and S.I. Hagalahalli Siddapaji Basavappa, followed by offering flowers to the Vishwakarma portrait. After performing flower and garland worship for the Basavappas and offering special worship to Chamundeshwari Devi at the Chamundeshwari Temple premises in the Chanchugar factory area, the Basavappas were paraded on the Maddur-Malavalli main highway. The procession included Kandayagas from Ajjahalli, Menasagere, and Kadukottanahalli villages. Maddur Taluk Organizing Secretary Raviprasadachar appealed for the construction of a building by the Maddur MLA, providing a plot for the benefit of the Vishwakarma community. Vishwakarma Mahasabha President Krishnamurthy, along with leaders Chikkannachari, Plyewood Shekhar, Manju, Belluru Manu, Sumant, and Bengaluru Pavrithachar were present.
