Vandebharat extended to Yeshwanthpur: Ashwini Vaishnaw writes to coastal MPs

The railway department has approved the extension of the Mangalore–Madgaon Vandebharat train to Bengaluru. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw wrote to four coastal MPs regarding this. The train will now run as the train number 26655/26656 Yeshwanthpur - Mangalore - Madgaon Vandebharat Express, connecting Bengaluru to Mangalore via Subrahmanya Road and Kabaka Puttur. The Vandebharat Express will depart from Yeshwanthpur at 6:05 AM and reach Madgaon at 7:15 PM. It will depart from Madgaon at 5:30 AM and reach Yeshwanthpur at 6:40 PM.
