Bengaluru University Vice-Chancellor urges state government to declare November 7 as State Student Day

At a Student Day celebration organized by the Ambedkar Central Library of Bengaluru University, Vice-Chancellor C. Shivrajurulu urged the state government to declare November 7, the day Ambedkar joined school, as State Student Day. He stated that Ambedkar showed that social transformation is possible through education and advised students to focus on study and research while adopting his ideals. The university has launched a signature campaign for celebrating Student Day across the state.
