Training on Food Hygiene for Street Vendors to Begin Soon

Health Minister U.T. Khadar stated that awareness and training programs on food safety, cleanliness, and responsible use of cooking oil will be launched soon for street food vendors. The government plans to strengthen inspection and regulation systems, providing training to street food vendors and staff. This initiative aims to train over 1,000 street food vendors, covering topics like hygiene and safe food handling.
