Three-Carriage Train to Run in Bengaluru, 51 Trains Expected in 18 Months

The Bengaluru Suburban Rail Project (BSRP) is expected to see three-carriage trains running in the city. Over the next 18 months, 51 trains are slated to be supplied for the BSRP. Separate agreements are being made for rolling stock supply to the corridors connecting Chickabannapura–Bennegqlgenahalli–2 Mallige route, Rajanukunte–Heelalige–4 Kanaka route, and Majestic–Devanahalli–1 and Kengeri–Whitefield–3 Sampige routes.
