Teacher disguises himself as Gandhi at Vidhana Soudha, raises awareness on corruption

Teacher Shekhar Arkasali, a teacher from Rayachuru, disguised himself as Mahatma Gandhi at the Vidhana Soudha premises. He approached ministers and the Chief Minister to raise awareness about corruption and the lack of development in the state. Shekhar distributed pamphlets on the issue while traveling to the Vidhana Soudha by city bus.
