TDR System to be Fully Digitized to Ease Land Acquisition for Bengaluru's Infrastructure

Greater Bengaluru Development Minister Krishna Bairegound announced that the Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) system will be fully digitized. This move aims to simplify the land acquisition process required for expanding and constructing new roads. The digitized system will allow citizens to easily track the entire process, from the initial stage of road and property details to the issuance of the TDR certificate.
