Tamil Selvi and B.R. Nagaraj selected for 'Nissima Kannadati' and 'Kannada Kattalu' awards

The Kannada Sahitya Parishat announced that writer Tamil Selvi has been selected for the 2026 'Nissima Kannadati' award, and Kannada activist B.R. Nagaraj has been selected for the 'Kannada Kattalu' award. The awards, which include a memento and ₹ 11,000 cash prize, will be presented at the Kannada Sahitya Parishat's Sri Krishna Raja Parishanmandira in Chamarajpet on November 15 at 10:30 AM, during the association's foundation day celebration. The event will also felicitate Ramanna H. Kodihosahalli on the occasion of his 80th birthday, with Veerabhadra Channamalla Desikendra Swamiji presiding and writer Vasundhara Bhupathi chairing.
