Suspect arrested for stealing jewelry from homes in Nandini Layout

Nandini Layout police arrested a suspect, Charan (22), who was accused of breaking into homes and stealing jewelry. Charan, a worker, used to identify locked houses in various localities after finishing work. He would then steal and escape, often moving suspiciously in Lakshmidevignanagar within the station's jurisdiction. Police stated that after questioning and taking him into custody, Charan confessed to breaking into homes to steal. Police recovered 12 gold bars, which the suspect had sold at a jewelry shop in Lakshmidevignanagar.
