State government announces reservation quotas for Taluk and Gram Panchayats, reserving 50% for women

The state government issued a notification on Wednesday regarding reservation quotas for local bodies, namely Taluk Panchayat and Gram Panchayat. A total of 50% of the seats have been reserved for women. The notification details the reservation distribution across various areas, including 14 seats for women in Ramanagara Taluk and 10 seats in Channapatna Taluk.
