Siddaramaiah joins list of politicians receiving pre-trial injunctions from Bengaluru courts

A civil court in Bengaluru issued an ad interim ex parte temporary injunction favouring former Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Tuesday. This order joins a list of such injunctions passed by Bengaluru courts for prominent politicians. The court restrained media houses and social media platforms from publishing or circulating two videos against Siddaramaiah. The court also directed social media platforms to disable access to and block the two video URLs until the next date of hearing.
