Shree Naman Group acquires JW Marriott Bengaluru; Brigade Group to open two new Hyatt Regency Hotels in Bengaluru

Mumbai-based Shree Naman Group announced the completion of its acquisition of JW Marriott Bengaluru for Rs 1,611 crore and Crowne Plaza Pune for Rs 189 crore on October 1, 2026. Separately, Brigade Group announced signing management agreements with Hyatt Hotels Corporation for two new hotels in Bengaluru: Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park and Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade’s upcoming integrated township on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road.
