Seven police officers receive 'Griha Mantri Dakshata Padaka– 2026' for service in Bengaluru

The Union Ministry of Home Affairs has awarded the 'Griha Mantri Dakshata Padaka– 2026' to seven police officers for their commendable service in the Special Operation, Investigation, and Forensic Science Laboratory. The recipients include N. Shobha (Halsuru Gate Traffic Police Station, Bengaluru), M. Srinivas Rao (Police Headquarters, Bengaluru), A.S.I. K. Ratnamma (Women Police Station, West Division, Bengaluru), and H.C. Y. Balakrishna (CID, Bengaluru). The award is given annually by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs to investigative officers for solving complex crime cases.
