SC/ST Entrepreneurs warn over pending ₹510 crore subsidy for industrial plots in Bengaluru

The Karnataka Dalit Udyamedaraara Sangha warned that the Department of Social Welfare may take action against the committee if the pending subsidy of ₹825 crore to KIADB for industrial plot allotment to SC/ST entrepreneurs is not released. The association's president, L. Hanumanthayya, stated that ₹510 crore is the pending subsidy amount to be released immediately. The group also noted that the allotment of 391 acres of land to SC/ST entrepreneurs is pending according to KIADB records.
