Research organizations showcase models for climate risk assessment in Bengaluru

Research organizations showcased models at an event marking Climate Week in Bengaluru on Monday. These models help governments prevent damage from global warming and climate change. The Center for Study of Science, Technology and Policy (CSTEP) introduced BHRIGU, a platform providing insights for policy and action on hazards like heatwave and floods. The project aims to build resilience in Indian cities expected to host 60 crore people by 2036.
