Report alleges KIADB granted ₹31.90 crore undue financial benefit to Toyota Industries Engine India

The Commissioner for Accounts' report stated that KIADB granted an undue financial benefit of ₹31.90 crore to Toyota Industries Engine India during the land allotment process in Jigani. The report noted that KIADB waived ₹27.07 crore, which was payable as compensation and service charges for land used for roads. Additionally, the report stated that the company received an extra benefit of ₹4.83 crore by reducing the service charge from 12% to 6%.
