Rain havoc in Bengaluru: Damages reported in several areas, rain expected until Sept 24

Heavy rains caused havoc in Bengaluru, causing traffic disruptions and distress to commuters. Following the rain, a large tree fell near Modi Hospital in Manjunanagar, damaging shops selling for Ganesh festival. The incident caused waterlogging at Dabbaspet and Shivagange Circle, and water accumulated on the K.R. Market and BGS Flyover. Traffic police cleared the roads to restore movement, while rain was reported around Vidhana Soudha, Yeshwanthpur, Vijayanagar, Jayanagar, and Lalbagh.
