Puravankara signs joint development agreement for 12.76 acres in Satanur, North Bengaluru

Puravankara Limited, a major real estate firm, has officially signed a joint development agreement for 12.76 acres of land in Satanur, North Bengaluru. The proposed residential project has a total development value of approximately ₹2,500 crore. The company has added this project to its portfolio, which includes developments across six areas in Bengaluru with a total development value of ₹8,800 crore.
