Pradosh's name deleted from charge sheet; legal proceedings continue in Bengaluru

Pradosh, the 14th accused in the Chitradurga Renukaswamy Murder Case, will now testify as an Approver (Approver) for the prosecution. Following the legal process of considering Pradosh as a 'maafi sakshi' (Approver), his name has been deleted from the accused list. This development followed the Bengaluru 59th Additional City Civil and Sessions Court accepting an application on September 16, and the Karnataka High Court upholding the Trial Court's order on September 23.
