Power tussle deepens over BDFA chairman's suspension ahead of AGM

A dispute over alleged financial irregularities and disciplinary procedures has triggered a power tussle involving suspended Bengaluru District Football Association (BDFA) chairman S Maheshwaran Balu. Balu questioned the timing of his removal ahead of the association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 1. The Karnataka State Football Association (KSFA) suspended Balu, M Sridharan, and Santosh Kumar with immediate effect, barring all three from attending the AGM.
