Post Office Services Unavailable in Several Bengaluru Post Offices from the 22nd to 25th

Due to the implementation of new software, certain services related to PLI and RPLI will be unavailable at various Bengaluru post offices, including the Bengaluru Post Office, from the 22nd to the 25th. The Bengaluru Post Office stated that these services, including premium collection, premium collection for loans, loan repayment process, and other customer services, will be unavailable at specific locations like the GPO, Arab College, Banaswadi, etc., during this period. The announcement also noted that policyholders who received policies from post offices other than the Bengaluru GPO can continue paying their premiums online or at other main post offices.
