Police Commissioner: Investigation into alleged sting operation plot thickens, two individuals linked to Kumaraswamy's team absconding

Bengaluru City Police Commissioner Seemant Kumar Singh stated on Sunday, 1 November, that the Central Crime Branch (CCB) is investigating an alleged sting operation targeting former chief minister Siddaramaiah. Singh identified two persons, Vinod Sharma and Prajwal Prasad, reportedly part of Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy's social media team, who have issued summons but are currently absconding. The Commissioner added that crucial progress in the investigation can only take place once both individuals are secured and interrogated.
