PLI and RPLI services suspended at 20 Bengaluru post offices till October 25

Postal Life Insurance (PLI) and Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) services will be temporarily unavailable at 20 post offices under Bengaluru General Post Office (GPO) till October 25. This suspension is due to the department's transition to a new Insurance Management Solution (IMS), a process that began on October 22. Services, including new policy indexing and premium collection, will resume on October 26 under the new software.
