Pink Line Metro Project Faces Delays Due to Increased Costs

The Pink Line Metro, connecting the southern to the northern parts of Bengaluru, is expected to face further delays. The delay is attributed to the increase in project costs, which have risen from ₹8,730 crore to ₹17,346 crore. The project, which runs from Kaḷen Agrahāra to Nāgavarada over 21.26 km, includes 7.5 km elevated and 13.76 km underground sections.
