Pink Line Metro's Operational Start Date Delayed Again

The operational start of the Pink Line Metro, which runs through Bengaluru, has been delayed again. Officials stated that the service may begin only after October 15, pending review by the Metro Rail Safety Commissioner. The Pink Line, spanning approximately 21 km from Nagawara to Kalanagarahara Road, has sections of elevated and underground routes. The delay is attributed to the final inspection by the Metro Rail Safety Commissioner's team.
