Park development initiated in KGJF mining area of Bengaluru

MLA M. Rupakala initiated the park development in the ST Block and Robertson's Point King George Hall premises in Bengaluru. Under the Amrut scheme, ₹2.11 crore has been allocated for the park development in ST Block, along with a ₹3 crore expenditure for King George Hall. The park will feature modern amenities such as walking paths, electric lights, children's play equipment, a small gym, a water fountain, and an open-air auditorium. The mining area park will span approximately two acres, with the city council providing facilities including security for women and enhancing the compound walls around King George Hall.
