Online service launched for sub-division of joint property khata

The Greater Bengaluru Development Minister Krishna Bairegounda launched the 'Plot Sub-division' service online on Saturday. This service allows joint owners of 'A' khata properties within the five city corporation limits to sub-divide their property and obtain separate e-khata online. The service applies to properties with joint ownership in a single 'A' khata. Joint owners can be family members or non-family members.
