An ex-IT employee from Odisha has quit his job to become a Rapido rider for market research for a dairy business. He is conducting interviews with customers on the streets of Bengaluru. The young man, whose name is Dinesh, previously worked as an IT employee at NPCI. He plans to use his family's land in Odisha to develop a dairy business. Dinesh conducts conversations with IT employees and youth while riding the bike, gathering direct customer feedback. He has taken a one-year period to gather complete information before returning to Odisha to establish the industry.
