New Trend in Bengaluru Tech: Techies Considering Leaving Jobs for Independent Research

An Indian techie working in the Silicon Valley shared a post that has gone viral, sparking a discussion about whether traditional jobs are necessary for young engineers to build a successful career. The techie, Abhishek Yadav, shared his observations about a new trend developing in San Francisco and Bengaluru. He noted that many engineers are moving away from company jobs towards independent research and personal projects. Instead of joining another company or raising funds for a startup, some are focusing on finding solutions to problems that interest them, working without the control of a manager, fixed work plan, or employer.
