New road grid and infrastructure plan announced for planned development of Bengaluru

Minister Krishna Byre Gowda announced that a notification has been issued regarding the construction of a new road grid and basic infrastructure. He stated that Bengaluru city has grown over the last 25 years without proper pre-planning. The minister noted that the city currently faces challenges with basic facilities like traffic, roads, water, and drainage. He emphasized the need for planned development in the surrounding areas of the GBA.
