New IVRS system set to enhance services for Bengaluru Airport travelers

Bengaluru International Airport Limited (BIAL) is set to upgrade its Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) at Kempegowda International Airport (KIA). The modernization aims to enhance passenger convenience and service efficiency using AI and automation. The upgraded system will increase daily call capacity to a minimum of 600 and peak-hour capacity to 150 calls per hour. This change will provide passengers with instant, accurate information through automated voice menus.
