MLA and MPs criticize officials for dereliction of duty at District Development Committee meeting

During the District Development Coordination and Oversight Committee – Disha quarterly meeting in the district panchayat hall, MP M. Mallesh Babu criticized the dereliction of duty by officials. He raised objections that senior officers from departments like Mines, NHAI, and Revenue were absent, and only lower-level staff were sent. Several MLAs and MPs also criticized the officials for not responding to calls and for the poor condition of the Bengaluru-Chennai National Highway and Express Way.
