Menstrual leave now available via 'Kartavya App' for state employees

Female employees of various state departments can now apply for menstrual leave through the 'Kartavya App'. This update comes following a circular issued by the Principal Secretary of the Department of Civil Services, Harshagupta. The department stated that applying via the app will result in the immediate sanction of a one-day menstrual leave. The circular also noted that officials will no longer ask for a certificate to approve menstrual leave.
