LTM to set up dedicated subsidiary to help clients build GCCs with AI embedded

IT services company LTM plans to launch a focused business unit, nearly a separate subsidiary, to help customers build new Global Capability Centres (GCCs) with AI embedded at the core. CEO and MD Venu Lambu stated that this move shifts LTM's strategy from complementing existing GCCs (brownfield) to assisting with the initial setup (greenfield). The company aims to help mid-market customers set up GCCs over the next 12 to 18 months.
