Bengaluru leads EV revolution: City accounts for 50% of electric vehicle registrations in the state

Bengaluru is leading the electric vehicle revolution, creating a major trend in EV sales. Of the total electric vehicles registered in the state last August, 50% of EVs were on the roads in Silicon City. In August, 13,389 electric vehicles were registered among 76,508 new vehicles, with electric bikes forming the majority.
