Bengaluru lawyers protest against alleged misuse of voter list revision process

Bengaluru lawyers protested at the High Court's Golden Gate on Tuesday, opposing the arrest of lawyers and students during a protest in Delhi regarding the Chief Election Commissioner's suspension. They expressed fear that over 25 crore voters across the country might lose their voting rights due to the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process of the voter list. During the protest, senior lawyers S. Balan, C.S. Dwarakanath, and several leaders spoke, declaring that the protest would continue until Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah resign.
