Land plot owners protest before BDA demanding replacement plots

Land plot owners protested in front of the Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA) on Monday, demanding the allocation of replacement plots in K. Shivaram Karanta Layout. They demanded that plots be reserved and allocated quickly with minimal development fees to those who have applied to the Justice Bhupayya Committee. Dalit Sangharsha Samithi District Coordinator M. Ramesh Rama Gondanahalli stated that the process of plot allocation to landowners and the public began on August 31, but the consideration of those who lost their land plots, even after applying to the Justice Bhupayya Committee, is a contradiction.
