Lalithamma and Meera Shivalingayya selected for 'Indira Ratna' award

The Karnataka Sahakari Lekhakiyara Sangha has selected Lalithamma Chandrashekar and Meera Shivalingayya for the 'Indira Ratna' scholarship award for the years 2025 and 2026. The award was established by Rajan from Tumakuru in the names of his sisters, Indira and Ratna, and is given to writers involved in Kannada struggle and activities. The award ceremony will be held on November 2 at the Seminar Hall of Seshadripuram SVPU College in the city.
