KPSC Recruitment Irregularity: ED Raids Arrest Former Chairman Shivashankarappa Sahukar and Member Geetha
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) intensified its investigation into a major irregularity case concerning the recruitment of Veterinary Officers and various government posts by the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC). ED officials raided the residences of former KPSC Chairman Shivashankarappa Sahukar and current member Dr. B.V. Geetha, arresting both individuals. The raids took place at Shivashankarappa Sahukar's residence in Sanjaynagar, where over four ED officials arrived in two Innova vehicles and conducted extensive searches under the strict security of the CRPF. Officials examined key documents related to post allocation, question paper leaks, bank transactions, and assets during the time Shivashankarappa Sahukar was KPSC Chairman.
