KPSC 2011 batch officers meet CM Shivakumar as govt weighs options

A delegation of state civil service officers from the 2011 batch met Chief Minister D K Shivakumar in Bengaluru. They sought his help a day after the Supreme Court nullified a law validating their appointment. The Supreme Court declared the 2022 Karnataka law unconstitutional, directing the state government to notify fresh recruitment for the posts. Shivakumar has asked the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms (DPAR) to study the top court’s order and suggest options.
