KIACL to improve automated call service at Kempegowda International Airport

KIACL is working to further improve the call service providing information to passengers at Kempegowda International Airport. Currently, passengers can receive information regarding flight timings, airport details, and lost items via phone calls at 080-6678555 and 080-47406666. The new system aims to handle a minimum of 600 calls daily and 150 calls per hour during peak times, anticipating a 50% increase in passenger traffic over the next five years.
