Kaveri Beats 5 km run and cycling competition organized for World Heart Day in Electronic City

Kaveri Hospital organized the 'Kaveri Beats' 5 km run and cycling competition at the Infosys Sports Ground in Electronic City, Bengaluru, for World Heart Day. Six thousand citizens participated in the event. Dr. B. Dinesh, Director of Jayanadeva Heart Centre, inaugurated the competition. He advised that regular physical activity, along with awareness of blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, and family medical history, is necessary, and immediate medical advice is needed if dangerous factors are found.
