Karnataka Home Minister asks RSS to seek formal permission for Vijayadashami route marches

Karnataka Home Minister Priyank Kharge on Tuesday asked the RSS to obtain formal permission from the competent authorities for its proposed Vijayadashami route marches on October 25. He stressed that merely informing the Home Department or seeking cooperation does not amount to approval. Kharge also posted letters submitted by RSS units to police stations in Bengaluru regarding the planned marches, including one for Kamalanagar and another for Laggere.
