Karnataka High Court upholds cancellation of OC for 33 villas in Bengaluru outskirts

The Karnataka High Court upheld the Gram Panchayat's action to cancel the Occupancy Certificates (OC) for 33 incomplete villas in the 'Raffles Park' project near Hoskote. The court also ordered an investigation against the officials who issued the OC in violation of rules, and directed an inquiry into the role of the architects who issued the incorrect certificates.
