Karnataka government sanctions ₹9.5 crore for Yakshagana Digital Archives

Purushottam Bilimale, Chairman of the Kannada Development Authority, announced that the state government has sanctioned ₹9.5 crore for the establishment of the Yakshagana Digital Archives. He stated that the Kannada and Culture Department's Patragara Department will take full responsibility for the project. The department will establish a separate unit comprising academic experts and experienced officers for this purpose.
