Karaté belt examination held at S.R. Shiksha Samsthe

A karate class belt examination was held at S.R. Shiksha Samsthe in Hebbal. Winning students received white and yellow belts. H. Nagaraj Shetty, President of S.R. Samooha Shiksha Samsthe, stated that karate builds discipline, self-control, and physical and mental strength. Umesh Shetty, Director of Bengaluru Khushi Bio Tech Private Limited, added that karate strengthens students' concentration and agility.
