Jummaat-e-Islami Hind alleges systematic misuse of 'Form-7' to remove minority names from draft voter lists

Jummaat-e-Islami Hind-Karnataka stated that the systematic filing of 'Form-7' objections is 'shocking' for allegedly removing names of eligible Muslims and minorities from the draft voter list. The group alleged that thousands of applications are being filed using fake signatures or false information without official documents. They also noted that multiple applications are being submitted from a single address, particularly targeting constituencies and polling booths with a Muslim voter base.
