JDS alleges illegal transfer of 36 acres of land by Balakrishna family in Bengaluru

JDS unit president A.P. Ranganath alleged that Poura Dalita Minister H.C. Balakrishna illegally transferred approximately 36 acres of Gomala land in Kurubarahalli, Tavarakere Hobli, Bengaluru. He stated that Balakrishna allegedly used influence to transfer the land to his wife Radha and associate Nataraja Naidu. Ranganath also questioned how the account and transfer deed were created for BM Kavalu land, which was under notification for the NICE project.
